Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy. Non-carpeted floors vacuumed and mopped. Carpets vacuumed including under bed if accessible. Fingerprints spot cleaned from walls and light switches. Fingerprints wiped from door frames and light switches. Tiles and fittings cleaned and left shining. Toilets scrubbed and disinfected, including base and behind. Basin and Vanity scrubbed, all items removed and replaced. Shower recess scrubbed, fittings and glass cleaned. Some items may not require attention every visit and will be rotated as required. On each of our cleanings, the following is completed to our high standards. No further questions or what the problem was, neither of we want someone else to come and fix it.Just cannot recommend or would use this company again. the hoover seemed not to have enough power and only had one attachment for hard flooring but non for carpet.We have booked and confirmed the cleaner for 3-3.5 hours but after 2.5 hours she informed us she is leaving as she has another job.When being asked for feedback via text msg we responded accordingly and received a msg back saying” sorry it didn’t work out, good luck”. She cleaned the area which has been cleaned already by ourselves but didn’t clean the area which hasn’t been cleaned.Non of the mirrors in bathroom and toilet has been cleaned and the floor was just rushed thru with hoover and mopping.The equipment used wasn’t up for the task as I.e. Items which we didn’t want to have cleaned, as we leaned them already, have been cleaned while others haven’t been cleaned like our two part splash back in the kitchen. I have 2 regrets here 1) choosing this service and 2) paying them before inspecting the house.Īpart from the booking which was easy and straight forward, the quality and attention to detail of the cleaner was below any industry standard. They even broke one on my fly screens which they told me but they did no offer any compensation. Before he leave I checked and saw dirt and many other thing has not been cleaned yet and I was fed up and let him go. Anyway, she sent someone at 8 PM who could barely walk as he had been working since 6 am and he did a lame vacuum and was leaving. That is true for total renovation not painting and dust is no black. It was supposed to be sparkling clean and when I inspected the house after the cleaning I realized that the dust from renovation still there, the doors and windows has not be cleaned completely, dirt and pieces of wires still on the carpet, oven has not been cleaned and more.
But, the actual service was not even close to what she promised.
When she arrived for inspection and give me a quote I was very impressed by her as she even added a couple of things to be cleaned that I did not thinking about. Their service was recommended by my niece and I decided to choose their service. As my wife was 8 months pregnant I needed some deep cleaning so we could move to a clean house before the birth of our first child. I had my house painted and some electric work, and changed the carpet. I used their service 2 years ago in May 2019.
